All orders are subject to availability and are placed through the website. We do get booked out and if so we will contact you directly to let you know. It is best to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Our cakes and cookies are made with the utmost of care and we strive to use only quality ingredients. We make everything from scratch and everything is handmade, making every item unique.

Any changes to cake flavour or design need to be made one week prior to delivery date and may incur further charges.

When you book and pay for an order with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Our kitchen is based in Deepdene, east of Melbourne. We are a council registered home kitchen and are fully insured. Orders can be picked up from us at an agreed time and date. You will receive an email the day before collection with the details for pick up, including time and address.

At this moment we offer limited deliveries and these are subject to availability. Deliveries must be within a 15km radius from Deepdene, 3103. Custom cake deliveries will be quoted separately.

Once you have received your goods it is your responsibility to handle and store your goods in the correct manner, including refrigeration.

Your baked cakes will come fully boxed. We recommend transporting your cake in the car on the flat floor of the front passenger seat, with the air conditioning on! Alternatively you could place your cake in the boot as long it is secure and not going to slide around. Cakes should never be placed on the seat, they fly off when you brake suddenly.

Cookies need to be transported flat and a cool car is recommended for the chunky cookies. They also should not be placed on the car seat.

Cakes, mini loaves and cupcakes must be refrigerated until 30 minutes prior to serving. They will taste their best when at room temperature.

Cakes will remain fresh, stored in the fridge, for 5 days. Leftover cake can be frozen for a short time. There is not often any leftover cake!

Chunky cookies will remain fresh for 5 days after delivery and can be warmed in the airfryer at 175 degrees for 2-3 minutes, making them deliciously gooey.

Sugar cookies come individually wrapped in food grade cellophane bags and will remain fresh for up to 6 weeks.

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel your cake order. Our goal is to provide the best possible customer service, so we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancellations. However, please keep in mind that customized cakes require significant time and effort to create, and preparations may have already been made for your specific order.

If you find yourself needing to cancel your cake order, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. This will give us the opportunity to adjust our schedule and resources accordingly. While we cannot give you a full refund for cancellations made at short notice, we will have to retain your deposit or a minimum of $60. This admin fee is to cover any cost we have already incurred. This charge is also not transferrable to another order.

We value your satisfaction and understanding, and we appreciate your consideration in informing us promptly if a cancellation is necessary.

All goods contain the common allergens - dairy, eggs & gluten. Some goods contain allergens such as nuts & sesame. Please advise of any specific allergy or intolerance when placing the order.

We do our best to minimise exposure to known allergens but they are present in the kitchen so we cannot guarantee our products are allergen free.

We must be notified of any food intolerances and allergies, this includes you or any member of your party may have, when placing the booking. We will not be liable for any adverse reactions to foods consumed from our kitchen.
